Who we are
This website is operated by Pontum Solutions, the trading brand of Pontum Events, a licensed sole establishment registered with the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism. Questions about this notice or your information can be sent to pontum50@gmail.com.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us through the enquiry form, by email, by phone or on WhatsApp. Through the form, that is:
- your name and email address, which are required so we can reply
- your company, phone number, event type, venue or area, estimated event date and message, if you provide them
This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies of its own.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, assess the permits your event is likely to need, and, if you engage us, to prepare and submit applications on your behalf. Information that forms part of a permit application is shared with the relevant authority for that purpose only. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing lists.
Services that process your information
- Enquiry form submissions are delivered to us by Formspree, a form-handling service. If the form is set to open your email application instead, the message is sent from your own email account.
- The website is hosted by Vercel, which processes standard server logs such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the site.
- Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. Records relating to an engagement are kept for as long as required by UAE law and for the resolution of any questions about that engagement.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted where we are not required to keep it. Email pontum50@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. We handle personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
Changes to this notice
If this notice changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date.
